The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent – just a 3-minute walk to Ueno Station, and there’s even a supermarket right next door. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel very pleasant.

Quiet at night despite only 5 minutes away from Ameyoko. Great price with very friendly staff who speaks English. The water pressure in the shower was perfectly strong with good temperature control.

The staff were so helpful and kind and the room was very clean, comfortable and efficient. It is a small space, but you don’t need much to be comfortable and happy when you’re out most of the day anyway. I was surprised that I had someone clean my room and make my bed everyday - very happy with that service! Thank you very much for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation was very close to Ueno station. The hotel is not new but the premises are in good conditions.
