Arrival is a little strange, the front doors sort of dont look like front doors but no big deal. The staff were helpful, polite and qwuick at all times wehich was great. It's a big hotel with a lot of rooms. The location is great with the Tokyo tower a five minute walk away. While the city centre (and main train station) is an hours walk away, taxis are cheap and right outside the front door so there is no problem getting about. There is also a street with restaurants beside the hotel. We only had breakfast at the hotel so don't know about lunch/evening meals.
