The hotel was amazing from the entrance to the staff and the cocktails. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern touch to it. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. The onsen was the highlight for us, after a busy day touring the fascinating streets of Tokyo and experiencing the culture. The onsen was very welcoming- thank you and we will definitely be back.

Extremely professional, pleasant and helpful staff, poly-lingually proficient too. Rooms were clean, tidy, changed regularly and those staff were too, very pleasant. Our request for an extra night was also handled well. The onsen facilities were clean, tidy, and enviable opening hours, facilitating their use even after a long day of sightseeing in the city. Excellent and bounteous breakfast buffet too!

The location was convenient for getting around the city centre, close to a train station, and only three stops from Tokyo Station. The room was spacious for four of us, modern, and sparkling clean. The breakfast was amazing and diverse. We booked the restaurant for dinner to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. The staff were fantastic and organised a cake for him.
