Location: the hotel is conveniently located close to a major train station, to the Skytree, and to the Sumida river. Breakfast: truly excellent, with a very rich selection of anything - it is highly recommended. Rooms: always very clean, spacious and well equipped, ours offered a nice view of the Skytree. Staff has been very kind, supportive and provided us with free luggage keeping and handling service when we sent the luggage to this hotel at our arrival, and we we checked out (keeping the luggage safely for a full day at no extra cost). Room cleaning service was superb.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, rooms had more space than I expected, we were in a twin economy room with tower view. We did only have backpacks as we were aware of space being a problem in most Japanese hotels so didn’t bother bringing big suitcases to help overcome this problem. Breakfast was good but I did miss simple things like muesli / granola but there was plenty of other things. Close to several entrances to the trains/ subways. Even had a vending machine with cheap ice cold beer.
