The overall arrangement is great. The staff I meet is really nice, everything I meet seems considerate. Although there is some accident happened during my stay but staffs here are really helpful and reacted immediately. I really appreciated for the help. I will stay here again if I visited tokyo in the near future!

TSS is tucked away in a quaint corner of the suburban side of Ikebukuro. It’s right opposite Sunshine City (5-min stroll to Muji and Starbucks which you could use as a marker as the inside of the shopping centre can be a maze). There are multiple convenience stores around so the location is excellent and very quiet due to it being residential with no restaurants and bars nearby. The property had everything we wanted including twin beds which was convenient as we like our own space. The check in staff was also very friendly. It’s very easy to go shopping at Sunshine City and just go back and drop things. Overall the building is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and sturdy. My husband enjoyed his sleep as it was very quiet.

We had a really wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back. The apartment is located in Ikebukuro, about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. The walk itself is very nice and never boring, there are convenience stores everywhere, lots of restaurants to choose from and even Chiikawa Park nearby. The area felt lively but still comfortable. The apartment was very spacious, especially by Tokyo standards, which we really appreciated. Everything worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, the air conditioning worked well, and being able to open the window was a big plus for me personally. There’s also a kitchen and a fridge, which made longer stays much easier. In the lobby there are washing machines and dryers, which is super convenient when traveling. We were also able to store our luggage safely and even check in earlier after asking in advance, which helped us a lot. There’s no elevator, but it’s only up to the 3rd floor at most, so that was really not a problem. All in all, a 5/5 stay. Great location, great apartment and very easy communication. I would definitely stay here again.
