Loved the location, staff were so accommodating and kind. Food was great and the rooms were quiet large for Tokyo. Very clean as well

Amazing hotel, right in the heart of Ginza. Very big rooms (especially for Tokyo), super comfortable, luxury feeling. Staff all over the place, great in helping you, lovely work done by conceige with booking restaurants, etc.
