The stay was pleasant, with friendly staff and good conditions. The only downside was the breakfast, which was rather limited in variety for a hotel of this level.

It was right next to Shinagawa station which was convenient for us to get to the airport on our last day. Everything was good and room was comfortable and spacious throughout. Room service was immaculate. We were given the option to upgrade at a cost but we didn't take it as we're only staying for one night.
