The service provided from time of booking, arrival preparation and departure was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Having had the fortune to travel over the years, I can say with certainty The Prince Gallery Tokyo is unbeatably the best hotel with the most phenomenal staff, I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, from the location to the staff to the food to the rooms and the views. Having stayed at world class hotels like the Savoy and the Gritti Palace, I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

The absolute decadence of the hotel including the rooms. Unfaltering cleanliness. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is excellent quality and supurb presentation. The restaurant is a little expensive, coffee was equivalent to £7.50 each cup.
