Good staff, facilities, building and cleanliness, in a young persons area. Attached cafe for breakfast and lunch, was really good, staff and food made you want to return.

Really nice property and in a great location. Having family mart right out the front and a cafe next door was really nice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small but this is not a major issue. Shibuya is a pricey area to stay in but this place is so close to the shibuya crossing and the main shopping area so it was worth it

Loved the hotel, the rooms were pristine and the staff were really lovely and helpful. It has washing facilities and lots of extras like razors, toothbrushes, tea and other things - in addition to the standard water, pyjamas and slippers. Very happy, excellent value for money. The location was also perfect, very close to Shibuya crossing (8 min walk)
