Lovely staff, who were willing to accommodate my needs. Had all the needed amenities and was very close to the JR lines. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, 5 min from Otsuka station in the yamanote line. Good breakfast options, friendly staff and very clean rooms and facilities

The staff is super kind and helpful, the breakfast is truly Japanese, we loved it, everything was so special and delicious. Amenities were very diverse, the facemask was our favourite. Besides this, we learned some Japanese expressions too. We absolutely recommend this place. 😊
