The location was amazing. So convenient for the train and to the shopping centre. Loved that it was next to a park and even though it was very central it was quiet and peaceful. The facilities in the hotel were great. It even had a convenience store inside which was useful after a long day!

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the western side of Tokyo. It's easily accessible from either Ikebukuro station with a short walk or even more conveniently from Haneda by Airport Limousine Bus, which has a dedicated stop at the hotel. There is a direct connection to Sunshine City Mall, providing quick access to the Pokemon Center, the huge Bandai Namco shopping area and tons of other shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a Family Mart accessible from the lobby of the hotel for fast access to snacks and food and drinks. The views from the upper floors are fantastic, especially when looking out towards the center of Tokyo. Depending on which room you have, you can even see Tokyo Tower in the distance. I love the view of Tokyos skyline by night and the high altitutde of the 36th floor where we had our room was perfect for that. The room is quite spacious compared to other business hotels, which made it nice and easy to move around. A chair would have been nice to sit in front of the window to enjoy the views in a more relaxed way, but this is kinda optional. The bath tub was a huge plus for us, as I used it several times to relax my sore muscles after a day out and then later to help with the cold I caught. Nearby drugstores provided a great selection of bath additives and relaxing in a hot bath when it's cold outside is just great. If you have a room from floor 25-37, there are two elevators that skip all lower floors, which makes accessing your floor and room quite fast. This is especially helpful on weekends when there are events in Sunshine City mall, where a lot of guests stay at the Prince hotel. Over the weekend we were staying there, Animate Girls Festival 2025 took place so a lot of Cosplayers stayed at the hotel, as well as other large tourist groups. With our room being on floor 36, it was very convenient to not have to wait for the other elevators and just use one of the express ones instead.

Lovely welcoming and clean hotel. Convientant to have the shopping mall access at ground floor level. The coin laundry was very usefull on the 6th floor! The rooms are clean and come with a good view. The hotel staff are polite and helpful with additional requests.
