very Clean. Big room, all facilities, comfortable bed. the owner was very accommodating and flexible. we wanted to check in early and leave our bags and he let us do it hours in advance 😄😄 check out is later than every hotel I've stayed in tokyo so it was nice to sleep in longer after a night of partying in shinjuku 😂

The room is worth the price, a lot of amenities prepared. You can even cook, re heat food, freeze food or drink. The shower room is spacious. The key delivery is super easy to understand, they put notes everywhere for you not to get confused.
