They always responded quickly and have been very caring. The bed was the coziest I had in a hotel. On the last day I was allowed to leave my luggage there until the evening and stay for a café when I picked it up. It was very comfortable and a lovely place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Sumida Nagaya! The host, Masa, is very friendly and went beyond in making us feel welcome. Every detail is so carefully looked after, the house's architecture and design are beautiful! We loved the tips about the neighbourhood as well. It really did change how we've enjoyed Sumida and the lovely Kyojima community. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Tokyo in the future. Thank you for being an amazing host, Masa.

An amazing service provided by the host at Sumida Nagaya. The owner was so friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, the cleanliness of the guesthouse was immaculate and room was comfortable. 2 train stations within close proximity for exploring Tokyo and easy walk to Asakusa if required. In addition, good transport links with Narita Airport via the stations.

Sumida Nagaya provided a delightful stay that felt like a home away from home. Impeccably clean, with wonderfully hospitable owners Masa and Yuri, and the charm of the house's architecture added to the overall experience. Its proximity to the city center, coupled with the cozy neighbourhood, made it a perfect choice for us. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay!!
