The host was very helpful and nice. He even prepared materials which showed nearby places for breakfast and other meals, as well as nearby attractions and how to go around. The accomodation is located within a few minutes walk of the nearest train station (Hatsudai) and is in a quiet neighborhood. It helped a lot that there's a laundry room with dryers within the building, which the host will teach you on how to use as well. The room was very comfortable and clean, and even has a dehumidifier/air purifier, electric kettle and coffee pods, tea bags and rice crackers provided in the room. I enjoyed my stay very much here, and will come back to stay the next time I visit Tokyo again.

The staff was very kind and supportive. I had to get a package and they were very attentive to assure everything went smoothly and in a perfect way. The room was big and the bed was comfortable enough.
