An outstanding place to stay in Tokyo. The location is unbeatable, en just steps away from Otsuka Station (Yamanote Line), making it easy to get around the city. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped, perfect for families or groups. Everything was clean and well-maintained, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Having a washing machine and plenty of room made the stay even more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet but has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!

Good room for family or with group of friends. Nice location, near to train station. One of the air-condition (heater) was not working properly, but the other one worked fine. Hope that is rectified already. Rest all very good. They even provided umbrella. Which was very mindful. Everything available, if you wish you can cook. There are near by shops which you can. There is a pan cake shop,nearby, very tasty and fresh. There is 24hrs small restaurant just cross the electric train track. The curry chicken is very nice there. Overall we enjoyed the stay in the unit. I recommend this.

Location, it is the strategic location that is very near to the station. You can go visit any places without walking very far by going to the nearby station. It is convenient if you have very big luggage with you. Besides, furniture look old but serve their purposes and usefulnes. These mattress keep you warm when you are cool. You wouldn't feel cool if you hide under thick blanket provided. 2 toilets are more than enough to serve a family of 7 persons. It is very rarely to have that in one compact apartment. It is worth the money you paid.
