It is close to everywhere but located in rather quiet neighborhood but not too quiet. As it is on a main road very handy to get a taxi too.

Such a fantastic option for a family or group in Tokyo, we loved having our own cooking facilities for a quick breakfast before heading out exploring in Tokyo for the day. The bathroom with little bath was so great for our little toddler and the older kids loved the bunk beds.

Most spacious of apartments we have stayed in and felt very private, more like a home than an aparthotel. Lovely dining area next to a sunny window. Owner was very helpful and pleasant in correspondence. Family Mart small supermarket across the street. Comfy beds.

Perfect for a family with space to spread out. Handy little convenient store directly across road and others within very short walk as is the train station. Only 4 stops to main Shinjuku station and far away enough to get away from the business for some r&r after busy sightseeing days.
