Available for ages 18 and above only.Please note that renovation work of the main tower: guest rooms (from 6th to 37th floors), and the lobby (1st floor), the annex tower: guest rooms (from 8th to 32nd floors), and the lobby (7th floor), and the Restaurant Ajikaido Gojusanji main tower (38th floor) will be carried out from November 1, 2026 to April 2029.Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from November 1, 2026 at 09:00 to April 2029.Renovation work is taking place from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. The lobby, restaurant F38, and some rooms are under renovation.Children aged 3 to 5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding with a plan that includes breakfast.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Very clean room and it appears to have had a renovation. First time staying in the Annex complex and very impressed. Staff were helpful and hospitality was first class.

50 meters to Shinagawa Stations, great views from the rooftop bar and from the hotel room. The room was elegant and good for our group. Staff friendly, as expected from the Price Hotel chain. Very cozy and overall 10/10 experience.

Location is great as Shinagawa Station is on JR lines, Keikyuu (Haneda Airport) and is a shinkansen station. The room is a standard size for Japan and stocked with essentials such as towels, body scrub, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, combs, fabric freshener and clothes hangers. It also has a fridge and they provide daily bottled water. The hairdryer and hair straightener are both of a trusted brand ReFa. The hotel is also happy to oblige in requests such as extra towels, extra pillows, etc. There is a 7/11 located within the hotel (second floor) and other essential shops such as restaurants, pharmacy, souvenir shops, etc.
