Location just across the road to the station with many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Excellent customer services from reception staff.

Excellent location next to Shinagawa Station - perfect for getting quick trains around Tokyo, getting the bullet train and also getting an evening Starbucks on your back to the hotel. Hotel has a 711 inside, a desk for the luggage transport thing and quite a few restaurants, although we didn’t use them. Only a 20 minute taxi from the airport, which was very easy.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to Shinagawa station (access to JR, Shinkansen, Keikyū line to Haneda). The area has a lot of food spots, some of which are open late. There is a Family Mart just a 10ish minute walk from the hotel, and a whole plaza of shops and restaurants. The hotel room was comfortable enough, especially if you're staying for a night as you transfer from Tokyo to another city via Shinkansen. The rooms are quite small, but not so small that you have no space to breathe. We had one bed, but it was a good size for two people, and there was a supply of tooth brushes and tooth paste, as well as shampoo, body wash, etc. The check-in process was also quite simple as they have "self-serve" counters in English, although there were staff members available to help with the process. The staff were also very kind and informative. Breakfast was available at 6:30 in the morning, although we did not try it as we checked out by 6:00.

The locality was directly opposite main train station. The lounge on 17th floor was a welcoming complimentary place for drinks and relaxing massage
