Only one adult is allowed per bed. Breakfast for children 4 years and older is not included in the rate. Children 4 years and older are not included in the rate and will be charged separately.The hotel's seasonal outdoor pool, public baths, and sauna facilities are available for a fee. Location to the Disney line station, Family Treasure room was the perfect size for a family of 4 and the inclusion of power and USB ports including in the kid's bunks was fantastic. The restaurant staff also provided a personalized dessert plate and sang happy birthday for our daughter's birthday and took a Polaroid photo of the occasion. The bus transfers including to Mahaima train station made transit with luggage a little easier.

Great location if you want to visit Disneyland Tokyo, or you want to stay at a child friendly hotel. But for other purposes, I would recommend other hotels and locations in Tokyo. Friendly and serviceminded staff and quite spacious family rooms.
