Service people at Shangri-La are very good. Their attitude is we will try our best to meet your expectations but please be aware sometimes we can not and we are very sorry about that. Breakfast was good even though the selection was not as good as for example Shangri-La in Taipei.

Breakfast was wonderful though not as extensive as another hotel in a lower price bracket. The pull out sofer was perfect for two 9 year old boys (larger than our other hotel- we had a suite as well).
