Decent amount of space for comparatively cheaper property in Tokyo. Amenities, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer available which was very convenient. Also has elevator access which was convenient.

Good location, not far away from sunshine city, shopping mall and train station. Washing machine + dryer is the bonus

Lovely host, very clean and well equipped. Location is close to train station, convenient stores and restaurants.

It’s very comfortable to stay, we had good nights! U can also use the washing machine which is so convenience. Its very close to the station only when you exit from the right exit because ikebukuro station has too many exit from different directions
