Room was a suite with king size comfy bed with ample space, including a desk and lounge. The hotel is located directly above the Suitengumae Railway Station on the Hanzomon Railway line with quick access via rail to the city centre and the SkyTree Building. It is also adjacent to the City Sky Bus terminal, with direct services to the Narita and Haneda airports, no problem with your bags on the bus 2 bags allowed per passenger and the fare is a reasonable price. The bus has excellent leg room too. There are numerous options within the hotel for dinning including the Teppanyaki Restaurant (we ate there 3 times) on the 20th floor that has views of the SkyTree and Tokyo tower buildings. There are also numerous restaurants within a 5 to10 min walk of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was available with a full range of options. All the staff were amazing, going the extra mile with customer service!

Although the hotel is old but it did not seem like it cos its very well maintained and connected to a train station which is very convenient.

25 years since I was in Japan and the same hotel chain. Staff still were so pleasant and helpful. Airport bus stop next door to the hotel, underground right next to the hotel.
