Good location for us, train stations very close to us, staff friendly and helpful. Message response very prompt.

Amazing location. A few mins walk from two different stations (local and JR) and only one stop away from Shinjuku. It was great value for money

“Large and great location, but dated and in need of some love.”

I’m a solo traveler and I stayed for 9 nights, the location is honestly excellent you’re a minute away from to major JR stations with great connection to most of tokyo, there is a supermarket located directly below the hotel, and i had no trouble finding it when i first arrived, i stayed on the 2nd floor so never had to use the elevator. i was close to the laundry which was also helpful although the washing machines probably could use a clean cycle through them by management every so often as they have a bit of a smell from them which can linger on your clothes. The room itself was very large, especially for Tokyo, the layout was also nice 1 main room with a double bed, and a hallway with bathroom, shower, and toilet all separate from each other. The natural lighting was also great in my room due to a large window facing a park, although my window did have a privacy glass so i was not able to see out of it or open it. the air conditioner worked excellent but was a little loud at times. Now to get to the nitty gritty, these rooms are very dated, and are in a dire need for renovations, the carpet is nearly completely worn away in some spots and the walls are covered in scuffs and scratches, the bathroom has definitely seen better days, although somewhat clean the shower room was littered with surface mold all over the roof and walls, nothing to get you sick but definitely isn’t ideal, i’m probably a lot more tolerant with that sort of stuff than most and i’ve stayed in some pretty rough places, so to summarize, if you’re used to staying in chains like the Hilton this place probably isn’t for you, but if you’re like me and are happy with somewhere to sleep and keep your things and be able to relax you’ll probably find this place alright.

“Huge room and close to everything”

Great location in the north part of Shinjuku, close to loads of great restaurants (not just Japanese but loads of other world cuisines too!), shops and a train station. Walkable to the centre of Shinjuku. Hotel was very quiet and the family room was huge. Hotel in need of a renovation as interiors felt very old and dated, but to be honest this is probably reflected in the lower price we paid. Would definitely stay again.
