We had a wonderful two night stay at Roppongi Hotel S and wouldn’t hesitate to give it 5 stars. What stood out most was the staff - genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we flagged a small issue with our bathroom, they responded immediately and resolved it without fuss, which really showed their level of care. The hotel itself strikes a great balance between style and comfort. The bar and meeting areas are beautifully designed and inviting, and the breakfast was genuinely excellent. Combined with a fantastic location, it made for an easy and enjoyable Tokyo experience.

Comfortable bed with washing machine in room. Breakfast was good - sufficient for plant based diet.
