The room was as expected based on other reviewers and photos - compact, but very clean and comfortable. It was worth paying a little extra to get a room with a city view, it made the room feel bigger. Despite the small room size, the shower area was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The entrance and lobby lacked ambience and was a little run down/dated. The location more than made up for this and we had a very good stay in Tokyo.

Good for a solo traveller but for two people with 4 suitcases the room would be very tight and probably uncomfortable, particularly if you're staying a few nights. Room with a view is nice if you have to work.
