Location. Short walk to JR station as well as Metro. The clothes dryer is really handy. Good for travellers who need to clear some laundry before heading out again.

Convenient location close to malls, train station that connects to many lines, and restaurants. Bigger than normal space for Tokyo hotels and the use of a washer was a huge plus point.

Very value for money and very near to train station (about 5min walk away). Also there is shuttle bus service to Disney Resorts near the train station.
