The property was comfortable, clean and well located in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to access Shinjuku sights and the metro. There were also supermarkets nearby.

Not super close to center but nice and comfy. 2 toilets. rentable bikes right next to the door. Super easy check in. Plenty of amenities

it was v nice and clean and quite spacious, allowed all 6 pax and space for their luggage as well. if u don’t mind the walk from the station then its will be perfect
