You simply can't beat the location - off the Narita Express train from the airport and within 10 mins max you are checking in. After a long flight it is bliss. Being right beside Tokyo station gives you easy access to lots of transport options, shops, food, and interesting sights. The suites are comfortable, quiet and have everything you need, great having some space. Good kitchen, shower, air conditioning, comfy bed, and the washing machine is super handy. Excellent buffet breakfast - fresh and tasty. Lovely guest lounge / bar area to relax in. And the staff are excellent - friendly, professional, and helpful.

The location is excellent. Can walk to multiple JR subway stations or Shinkansen in just a few minutes. The service is excellent, attentive, courteous, and fluent in English. There is nothing to fault. The room's electrical appliances are high-quality and functional. They satisfy the needs of home. This is a highly recommended hotel.
