We arrived at Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku on the 30.12.24 for a three night stay. The hotel is in very handy location. With a quick walk to the busy Shinjuku station or dependent upon your travel requirements its a 2 minute walk to Nishi shinjuku station. The rooms are small and for a family of four we booked two rooms. I will say though we did have everything we needed. Best of all, the beds were extremely comfortable. This I believe is the most important part of any travel, getting a good night sleep in preparation for the following day's activities.

Saw the personel for guiding the checkin and checkout at a computer at the front office, they were friendly. The rooms were very clean and had much comfort. The location was close to everything in Shinjuku. The rooms had airco, air refresher, a small table with seat and a clean bathroom with shower, bath and a toilet with much comfort. The water was always good warm. There were vending machines on our floor so we could buy noodles or drinks. There is a mc Donalds accross the street and also a kfc in the same street. The trainstation is nearby. It was much better than what we expected from the pictures.

Amazing location just off Shinjuku, but already more quiet than the nightlife near-by. Nice and rich Japanese-style breakfast.

Staff was super - quick to reply leading up to our stay to confirm our request for neighbouring rooms. Housekeeping staff were great too and did a great job day in day out. Self-Laundry facilities was a real bonus as are microwaves and a table in the room making eating-in if required possible.

This was one of the best places to stay in Tokyo. The staff is absolutely exceptional, especially ?Shikawa who helped us with recommendations and bookings for luggage. Check in and out was smooth, very clean rooms. The location was so great, east 5 min walk to main Shinjuku and less than 2 min walk to tube station. On out next trip to Tokyo we will be returning here.

Great location, good size twin bed room, comfortable bed, shower was good, quiet at night. The cafe downstairs in the lobby area was nice. 7 eleven 3 doors down and other combinis very close. 6 minute walk to Shinjuku station also local subway station 2mins walk.
