The whole experience was excellent! The staff friendly, polite and very efficient. The room perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also exceptional with a wide variety of Asian and western dishes and freshly prepared and well presented. Located in a prime position for shopping, dining and regional and national travelling. A thoroughly perfect experience which is very highly recommended.

Best hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff are fantastic, they really went above and beyond to give a good stay. Location was perfect - very easy walking distance to Tokyo Station, as well as to other stations on the Metro (Ginza line is closest but Asakusa and Yamanote Line also easy to reach). Delicious breakfast with options of Japanese (fish, miso soup, rice, noodles), salad, breads and pastries, fruit, pancakes and some Western cooked options. The hotel was very quiet despite being in a busy location. Complimentary tea and coffee in room and also available in lounge. Lots of amenities available in room (kettle, iron) and complimentary amenties available from reception (toothbrush, toothpaste etc).
