All indeed is perfect. Very kind and supportive team, helping in every step of any needed activity. Comfortable room, enough space. Clean and fresh. Silent and relaxing. A nice window view. A fabulous windows view in the lobby - you can sit there and calm down after the day. The nice smell inside the hotel. Attracts to return back at any time during the next visit to Tokyo. Great location!

Nothing unique just another mid range run of the mill hotel but it does have a lobby with a good view. Normal Japanese courtesies which is mostly throughout the country’s service industry. So nothing unusual or unique. I expected a higher level quality of facilities and experience.
