I love the onsen in the hotel. Best part of the stay here. Bed and room is decent, location can be better but not that bad as well.

Loved the location, the staff were friendly. The foyer was nice. It always smelt good. The amenities were good. The rooms were clean uncomfortable and a good size. I loved the phone charger that was in the room. I loved those little hooks on the wall for my coat. I loved that. I could open the window for a bit of fresh air. As a solo female traveller, I felt perfectly safe in the hotel and in the surrounding areas
