Highly recommended Great to stay - we had 5 in our group. Very comfortable and the location was perfect - near conbini, trains, restaurants, bars, shops etc. The staff were wonderful - shout out to Adrian whom helped us recover a bag we left in a taxi. Overall, a great place for first time Tokyo visitors.

1. Room size with room equipment. Comparing with other choices, its value for money. There's space for relaxing, eating even packing bags. For people who enjoy buying foods from supermarkets and eating in the room. There's utensils, microwaves, and fridge. 2. The way of checking in and out without contacting staff. It's easier. However, it might affect some customers who are not familiar with the process or technology. But personally, I'm impressed. 3. You are allowed to leave the luggage before checkin time or after checkout time with rules to be followed. 4. Nice location. whether you travelling from Narita or Haneda. There's stations nearby. The shopping store is at the corner and also tax-free for visitors.
