Lovely staff and very very comfortable beds. On the main road but very quiet inside. Great air conditioning - essential in Tokyo in July! Really enjoyed the walk in shower as well. The family room was perfect for our stay. 15 /20 minute walk to central shinjuku - teeming with life / bars / restaurants.
