The front desk is open from 07:00-22:00.Please make sure to inform the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive after 22:00.Please note that towels are changed daily, and the cleaning service is offered every two days. The first cleaning will take place on the third night. Additional services can be requested for a fee.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

We loved the large room with the dining room, kitchen facilities and loved having a chance to make some breakfast or light meals. Comfy beds and blockout blinds. We used the laundry facilities which worked well. Friendly staff.

Staff were wonderful, had a program running that you could earn prizes with photos taken, good access to laundry facilities and kitchen facilities, location, cleanliness.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and I loved that it had a living room with the kitchen/ washer/dryer. I like that they provided different things like pajamas, various tea options. They also had kids/family activities but we forgot to check them out. The hotel is a short walk away from the food vendors and train stations but it's tucked in a more quiet area so our room was not noisy at all.

Great location, close to many shops, restaurants, and the station, which made it easy to commute to major parts of Tokyo.
