I like everything about the house. The house so close to everything. And the owner so great and helpful. I do late check out at 5pm and they allowed me to do that.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to rail networks and walking distance to Shinjuku nightlife. It was easy to get there lugging suitcases from Narita. The apartment is fully contained and spacious for Tokyo standards. We slept five people and still there were spare beds.

The location of the property is near every key areas and easy to move around, there's everything you need around the property as well, (convenient store, food, shopping, cafe). The property is well designed and fit my family of 5 perfectly well. With each of us having our own rooms and they have good amenities in the house as well.

The location is great and the apartment is huge and includes everything we needed and more. There are many restaurants around and it's very close to train stations. The host is extremely nice and very responsive. The host kindly helped us on a personal matter where we lost a phone in the airport and she helped us communicate with the relevant people in the airport and eventually get it back.
