You can never go wrong in MO but this one stands out quite well vs many others simply by the elevated Japanese attention to details, exceptional service and friendliness of their staff.

All staffs are very helpful and professional. Especially the bell boy services, always warm welcome us and helped us with our shopping bags to our room. Food was amazing, tried their Chinese restaurant and afternoon tea. Satisfied with their food and service.
