Located in great neighborhood - full of high end stores and within few minutes of walk to multiple metro lines. Rooms are spacious and well equipped (microwave, stove, fridge, washing machine) especially if you have been looking at other properties! Room is very quiet, despite being right in the middle of the city. Owner is always helpful and includes a quick guide how to get to the apatament as well as how to operate the appliances.

Great space! Super clean and smelt amazing as soon as you walked in the door. The washing machine was incredibly helpful and loved how strong the ventilation was. The bed was comfortable & ergonomic and appreciated that it was not overly soft. Pillows were great! Super accessible to the best eateries and shopping you could find in Ginza. Easy check in and check out process.

I stayed for 9 nights with the main purpose of participating in the Tokyo Marathon 2023. Location wise is closer to the finish line, so I just took a short walk back after finishing my Marathon. On the way to the starting line only take 1 metro line without changing. The surroundings are nice, close to Ginza and plenty of Metro lines. Even only 20 minutes walk to Tokyo Station if you are up to taking Shinkansen. 15 mins jog to Imperial palace and Hibuya park. The room is relatively small but with lots of essentials for our stay, i.e., washing machine, heater, microwave, electric stove. The host is super helpful. You are guaranteed to receive feedback promptly. We arrived way before the check in time and left our luggage. And by the time we did proper check in after 4 pm, our luggage already delivered in our room. Nice touch. They even have smoking area and vending machines. There was a construction nearby, but it appears the unit is sound proof enough so we were not bothered at all. A short tip to travelers with lots of luggage like us (well the two of us have total of 6), be mindful of the elevator to take you to the Metro. Better check it out a day prior. Our nearest station to Haneda was Higashi-Ginza. And apparently the elevator that take us out to the surface when we first arrived (near Mitsui Garden) is different than the elevator that take us down to Haneda (Kabuki-Za theater) :-)
