Loved the location within walking distance to Ueno park and all the great things to see there. It's also got easy access to the Yamanote line that goes all around Tokyo. The room fit us very well and was great for kids with the floor level beds. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Loved the curly fries served at night in the restaurant.

Twin room is a little more spacious that the double somehow! We enjoyed our stay again, with helpful staff, a comfortable room and a lovely coffee shop downstairs. Location is great for the train and for the bus to Asakusa or anywhere really. Try the sandwich shop around the corner! Wow

I like the hotel itself. It looked taken care of, clean and the personal at the reception was great. Once we got into the room, it was really cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. The attention and room cleaning was very good as well.
