We love the location! Big station nearby and a convenient Narita airport bus stops directly to the station. The room was very clean and it had a great view of the front of the building. Lots of foot traffic outside the hotel make the place feel alive during the day.

- Location is excellent, walking distance to Ikebukuro-station and airport shuttle bus. Massive shops/restaurants nearby. There is a 24hrs convenience store in Floor 1. - Staff is professional and excellent, the room is clean and comfortable (except bed). - Two coin-operated washing machines in Floor 10th, it is quite helpful for long-stay guests

Keio Presso in Ikebukuro is a perfectly adequate hotel in a good location for exploring Tokyo. Tokyo accommodation - like most large cities - is expensive for less than you get in other places. We knew that and were prepared for it to be smaller and chose the trade off. We had 2 double rooms for 2 adults and 2 older teens. Space was actually better than expected, and the teens snagged the corner room so had a corridor of sorts from the door to the main bedroom space which they used to sprawl all their luggage into. Bathrooms were typical shower/bath and perfectly fine. Minami Shinjuku park and the cemetary was the view from one of our rooms. Highly recommend it for some breathing space and the excellent food and drink place there. (We went twice!) I recommend Ikebukuro as a base for exploring Tokyo over Shibuya/Shinjuku (which are 15-20 minutes away door-to-door).
