The hotel is very big. Check-in and check-out process was really fast. It has slso a convenient shop inside the hotel, very convenient. Many restaurants inside hotel if you don't want to go out. The location is great, very centrally located and close to the metro, bus,train stations.

Nice location, close to Shinjuku station, but still in a quiet place. Excelent breakfast, friendly and efficient personnel. Nice views from both the room and sky bar.

Very convenient location, great service, a pity I didn’t get to use the pool due to a lack of time. Breakfast was awesome, plenty to choose from. The sky cafe was a little haven if you are craving some peace and quiet.
