Close to Shinjuku Station and very new facilities. Love the free water dispenser at every floor.

Stayed a total of 7 nights, split into 3 and 4 nights respectively. Had 2 nights where the beds were not made and I had to call the reception. The first time, the manager did nothing and the incident repeated itself on the 2nd leg of my trip. On the second occasion, the manager did a nice recovery (replaced the sheets himself) and offered free breakfast but still it left a bitter aftertaste of the incident. It really makes me wonder what happened to the house keeping process. Also reported a stale smell in the toilet, nothing was done so we just tolerated it for 4 nights. I loved this hotel because it was close to the train and bus station but the stay this time was quite disappointing….
