Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything. Having a lift was great given it was 6th floor. The apartment itself had fantastic views, so close to the train, restaurants, shops you couldn't ask for a better location. The funky designs was right up our alley, very retro. Beds were comfortable, real pillows which are a rarity in Japan

This is a really cool apartment to stay in. Location was great. Beds super comfy and also the pillows were great which you do not always get in Japan.

The reason why I chose Shimokitazawa area was easy access to key spots in Tokyo and this property is very close from train station. You can do grocery shopping and hop in to a variety of restaurants nearby very easily. This was my 2nd experience staying in illi brand residence and the property was as awesome as the other property in Shimokitazawa.
