The fine print
From Ikebukuro Station, Exit C1 is nearest to the hotel. The hotel is to the west of the station.Directions: From Exit C1, go straight about 40 metres and turn right at the first small street you encounter. Take the first left (after 30 metres), then go straight for 50 metres. The hotel is on your right.

The kids get to experience the tatami room. The place has a good location, walkable to the train station JR Lines, many combinis as well as restaurants around. Free Laundry service is included…

The room is quite spacious for us 3, there's a refrigerator and a microwave we can use. The warm water is flowing nicely, and the bathroom amenities are perfect. Body wash, conditioner, shampoo, even face wash. It's 5 minutes away from the ikebukuro C1 exit if I'm not mistaken. And 5 minutes away from convenience stores and even a beauty store. Very great.

The location was great - near lots of food stores and restaurants. It is next to the Yamamoto train line which gets you to many attractions and shopping locations such as Shibuyu.
