The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was easy to check in and not one bit of a hassle. The building has an elevator.

Loved the free bath salts provided in the evening. Would be nice if they were left out 24/7. Missed it on a few nights :(

We stayed for two nights in this hotel in Ikebukuro, and the room was great. The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating, and they helped us with all our inquiries. The bed was very comfortable, but travelers with lots of baggage might have a hard time in certain rooms as it’s a business hotel and rooms tend to be on the small size. I wouldn’t still change anything from this property, it’s great value for money and once again, the staff were 10/10!

Basic necessities provided, great location close to everything, but definitely on the red light district. The area isn't dangerous or anything, but just be aware in case it's not your thing.
