Localization is awesome, staff is friendly and speaks english well, room was clean and we got a lot of accessories for our stay.

Like all hotels in Tokyo, the room is small, but it was enough for us because we walked around all day and only came back in the evening to sleep. The hotel is clean, the staff is exceptionally professional, helpful and very pleasant, everyone speaks English and it was very comfortable. The place is perfect and next time we come to Tokyo we will sleep there again. I highly recommend the hotel

The staff. All were very friendly and helpful. One even remembered my face and immediately passed me my room key upon my return to the hotel. The hotel is close to two halal ramen shops. The closest one is about 50 metres away (Ramen Gyumon). The other is about a seven min walk (Ramen Shinjuku tei- tried ramen at their other branch in Shinjuku - delicious!)
