Excellent location with hourly Airport Limousine from both Haneda and Narita with drop off in front. Convenience store and nearby restaurants, train station and main bus station. Self serve bath necessities in the lobby. Self check-in was easy with help from staff. Sagawa Luggage forwarding service was at the lobby area.

The location of this hotel was great. Very close to Shinjuku station and also walking distance from parks, restaurants and other attractions. The room was very clean and it provided with lots of amenities. It provided with free luggage storage which is very convenient if you have a late flight like we did.

Excellent location. It’s close to lively areas and the train station, yet still quiet at night. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Also, this is the only hotel we stayed at in Japan that provided a shower cap — definitely a winning point!
