The fine print
Children ages 0-5 years can stay free of charge when sleeping in an existing bed. Additional amenities will not be provided. Adult rates are applicable to children 6 years and older. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that the hotel will undergo repair work on the exterior walls of the new building on the following dates/times: Approximately two months from May 11, 2026 Weekdays only / 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. During this period, guests may experience some noise.Construction work of the main building bathtub will be carried out from 11/05/2026 to 07/06/2026.
An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

The location, the friendly staff, the amenities, including a chocolate, and a honey tea in the room. The shower was excellent. Though a small room it was clean and good for one or two nights.

Excellent location near Ueni Park, and across the road from Ueno station. Very handy for using Skyliner train from Narita airport, and also bullet train to Hakuba.

The location is outstanding, just across the road from Ueno station. The Panda exit l believe. Check the exit because it is vital for for finding your way anywhere. Also in the street behind the hotel were excellent restaurants with cheap but tasty dishes. The futon in the Japanese room was very comfortable. The room had atmosphere.

Our room type with only mattresses on the floor (no normal beds) was good for a family with two kids. The breakfast was tasty. Big portions with many items and felt very Japanese. The staff was very friendly.
