The room is perfect and provides much more space compared to many other Tokyo hotels. The staff were very friendly and accommodating providing us with fresh towels and luggage storage on our last day.

Everything was good, only the air conditioning is noisy with a sound like discharging a water. It made me hard to sleep well at night.

Ideally located near ueno station (10 mins away on foot) which allows you to visit all iconic places in Tokyo without spending hours on public transports. This hotel is clean, fonctionnal and the staff is really friendly. The room is pretty small but possesses all necessary equipment for you to have a comfortable stay.
