Front desk staff very attentive. Room was excellent value for money. Clean room and good Aircon. Grocery store across the street. Small fridge and microwave in room. Roomy shower for Tokyo.

I thought the location was good. 10-15 min walk to Asakusa or Ueno station. It was very budget but that's reflected in the price. Onside coin laundry which I liked.

Loved the location: next to Kappabashi, one stop to Ueno. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and the bonus for me was that I could open the door to the "balcony" to get fresh air. Comfy bed. Little kitchenette but without plates, cutlery or pots. For me, microwave, water kettle, glasses and cups were enough though. Friendly staff!
